Soave ist eine kleine Stadt in der Provinz Verona der Region Venetien. Sie liegt zwischen Verona und Vicenza und besitzt eine komplett erhaltene Stadtmauer mit 24 Türmen und eine das Stadtbild beherrschende Skaligerburg.

Die Stadt hat ca. 6.800 Einwohner.

Nach der Stadt ist der gleichnamige Wein Soave (Wein) benannt.
